Comments: Install was good but needed some fixes. When I called Jeff to tell him he got annoyed. He didn't show up for a few days after Jim called him again. He finally adjusted the sprinkler heads and said all was ok My neighbor noticed on the side of the house a whole area not getting wet. I took a walk around and found at least 4 places with the same problem. I called Jeff again and told him and also asked him if he might trim some of our bushes as we have a lot of dead stuff in them. That was 2 weeks ago and no response at all. We are still waiting. We paid a lot of money for this system and would like it to work right, We went with him because he lives close and told us if there was a problem he could be here in 5 minutes. We are disgusted and we should have never paid in cash. Can you help us find someone who would help us with this? I do not want to ruin his reputation but this is not right. Thanks. Comments: My law guy told me I had a leak (probably the manifold) on my 25 year old sprinkler system. I found Jeff on HomeAdvisor. He called within 30 minutes of me submitting my request. We set an appointment for 10:30 the next day. He arrived on time. In under 30 minutes, he found that the problem was with a plastic drain in the system, a much cheaper repair than a manifold. They had a replacement in their truck. A great value and good to meet someone not out to scam me on home repairs. I just recommended him on NextDoor.

Comments: The original problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. A problem with the main valve leaking occurred after the leaky manifold was fixed. The main valve leaking was a result of not winterizing the system properly the previous winter. The main valve replacement was not in the original quote and they had to squeeze the job in between other jobs, and took a little longer to complete.
